The operational flow needs to be simple for customers: configure the product, receive a quote, pay by EFT, then track the order through manufacture and fulfilment.
Collection
Collection is free. Customers can choose collection during configuration and quote submission.
Delivery
Delivery is quoted. Cape Town is the primary service area, while self-install deliveries can be supported nationally in South Africa.
Delivery + installation
Installation is request-based and reviewed on the quote. The pricing and scheduling are confirmed after review rather than assumed at checkout.
How the process works
1. Configure
Choose size, panels, frame, hardware, and fulfilment mode.
2. Quote review
We review the request, especially where delivery or installation affects the final amount.
3. Pro forma and EFT
The order moves into a structured pro forma and staged EFT payment flow.
